Newsletter
Newsletters can be created in the menu [contacts] – [newsletter]:
You can use newsletter to send for example an e-mail to the whole customer base. To create a newsletter, you have to fill all fields, which are marked with asterisks. Afterwards other settings can be made. Among other things, it is possible to integrate a company logo to an e- mail and other files can be attached to an e-mail. To be sure that the e-mail was formatted exactly as you want, you can send yourself a test mail.

Finally, you have to select the receiver of the newsletter. It is possible to choose between supplier, customer, interested parties, etc. In addition, you can restrict the receivers through a filter, to send an e-mail for example only suppliers of a specific area.
After selecting receivers according to different criteria you can delete or add specific receivers manually. You also see a preview of your newsletter.

Hint: Almost all tables in Verpura can be searched using search box. Note that also part terms will be found in Verpura, it means that when you have the term “Mustermann” in a row in the table and it will be found through the search keyword “Muster”, “mann” or “usterma”.
By clicking on “Extended search”you can limit Verpura only to search specific columns of the table in the opening box. You only need to select the columns. And using the Control-Key(Ctrl), a multiple selection is possible.

You can also sort the table by clicking one of the column headers. By first click the column will be sorted in ascending and with a second click it will be in descending.

At the end of the table, you also have the option to export the contents of the table as CVS, Excel, XML or PDF.You can export the data from a table in Verpura and then import into other programs or edit it in Excel, etc.

After clicking on [Send] your emails will be sent to the specified recipients. If the mailserver is not able to send one email you will see an error message. If you are sending a lot of emails you can observe the progress. Our server is capable of sending about 600 emails per minute.
